Apply for China Visa

- Download Q1 form. A recent copy is here.
2. Prepare package
- One recent passport photo.
- Valid and Actual Passport:
- Complete Q1 form.

3. Ship your package using United States Postal Service (USPS) certified mail to:

4. Email 
- Use subject one applicant name --- tracking number and this template
- This must be done. Otherwise, we have no way to track your package.
5. Wait for our email and return package.

- If applying for Travel Permit for kids, you should go to China Embassy directly; But we can help apply for China visa for them.
